In proud partnership with Charter Oak Communities, The Waypointe, The Berkeley, and Quincy Lofts offers Workforce Housing (WFH) units for lease to enhance the social fabric of Norwalk, CT.
The open enrollment period will begin on Thursday, March 27, 2025, 8:00am, and will end upon receipt of 350 eligible applications. Applications will be ranked based on the time and date completed application was submitted.
Interested applicants must apply online at www.charteroakcommunities.org/resident-living/how-to-apply/. Applicants will be required to upload supporting documents to verify eligibility.
The following preferences are applicable:
- Employees for the City of Norwalk or Norwalk Board of Education
- Lives in the City of Norwalk, for at minimum, 1 year prior
- Works in the City of Norwalk
- All other applicants
Only one waitlist application per family will be accepted; duplicate pre-applications will be disqualified.
Section 8 and RAP voucher holders are welcome.
