It is the purpose of Procurement to acquire and obtain goods and services required to operate a Public Housing Authority (PHA) Agency. Utilizing its funding sources of Federal and State Grants, rental income, and other means, a PHA solicits services, and administers the methods of acquisition of goods through the use of contracts and contract administration. These contracts set up the purchase of the needed goods and services, and thus allow the fulfilling of the Agency needs of operation.

The below files are the plans and specifications for the ‘Kitchen, Window and Siding Replacement Project at Connecticut Ave, A + B’. 

The project is being rebid. The rebid due date is Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 2PM. 

A walk thru will be taking place on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at 10:30 AM, meeting at the site, 28 CT Ave., Stamford, CT.
