Oak Park Redevelopment Phase 2

Demolition and Construction beginning summer 2026

• Redevelopment of 42 Townhomes on Ursula Place as part of a planned 3 phase project to replace 168 units in the Cove community

Quintard Manor Elevator Addition

In development with plans to begin Summer 2026

• A build out of a new elevator tower is planned to alleviate stress to an aging elevator with plans to refurbish the original elevator upon the completion of the new elevator tower and stairway.

Stamford Manor Mechanical Upgrades

Upgrades have begun and expect to be completed late 2026/early2027

• Major capital improvement project to improve utility services and efficiencies along with common area upgrades to better serve our resident population
