In proud partnership with Charter Oak Communities, Cushman & Wakefield is reopening their below market rate (BMR) 1-Bedroom shared* waitlist (Postmark, Vault, Key at Yale and Towne, and 111 Harbor Point) as well as their 1-Bedroom waitlist for the One Atlantic!
The open enrollment period for both lists will begin on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, 8:00am. The Cushman & Wakefield shared* waitlist will close upon receipt of 100 eligible applications, while the One Atlantic waitlist will close upon receipt of 10 eligible applications. Applications will be ranked based on the time and date the completed application was submitted.
Interested applicants must apply online at www.charteroakcommunities.org/resident-living/how-to-apply/. Applicants will be required to upload supporting documents to verify eligibility.
Only one waitlist application per family will be accepted; duplicate pre-applications will be disqualified.
Section 8 and RAP voucher holders are welcome.
