In proud partnership with Charter Oak Communities, 18 Dock offers below market rate (BMR) units for lease to enhance the social fabric of Stamford, CT.
The initial enrollment period will begin on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, 8:00am, and will end on Thursday, March 27, 2025, 5:00pm. A random draw lottery will be used to collect 160 eligible applications and determine waitlist rank.
Interested applicants must apply online at www.charteroakcommunities.org/resident-living/how-to-apply/. Applicants will be required to upload supporting documents to verify eligibility.
Only one waitlist application per family will be accepted; duplicate pre-applications will be disqualified.
Section 8 and RAP voucher holders are welcome.
