The open enrollment period will begin on Thursday, November 14, 2024, 8:00am and will close upon receipt of 100 eligible 2- & 3-Bedroom applications. Applications will be accepted on a “first-come, first-serve” basis, and ranked based on the time and date of the application received.

Only one pre-application per family will be accepted; duplicate pre-applications will be disqualified. After you have successfully applied, you should save the confirmation which appears on the last page of the process.
Section 8 and RAP voucher holders are welcome.
