The initial enrollment period will begin on Friday, November 6, 2026, 8:00am, and will end on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, 5:00pm. A random-draw lottery will be used to collect 50 eligible applications and to determine waitlist rank.
Interested applicants must apply online at www.charteroakcommunities.org/resident-living/how-to-apply/. Applicants must register for an account before applying, and will be required to upload supporting documents to verify eligibility.
Only one waitlist application per family will be accepted; duplicate pre-applications will be disqualified.
Section 8 and RAP voucher holders are welcome.
