In proud partnership with Charter Oak Communities, The Curb & One Glover offers Workforce Housing units for lease to enhance the social fabric of Norwalk, CT! The Curb (A,B,C), and One Glover are located at 150, 200, 300 Glover Avenue, and 1 Glover Avenue, Norwalk, CT.
The open enrollment period will begin on Thursday, August 27, 2026, 8:00am, and will close upon receipt of 30 eligible ONE-BEDROOM (1BR) applications. Applications will be ranked on a “first-come, first-served” basis, with all verified preferences applied.

Only one waitlist application per family will be accepted; duplicate pre-applications will be disqualified.
Section 8 and RAP voucher holders are welcome.
