Check Your Waiting List Status

We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new resident online portal via Rent Café. During this transition, COC will no longer provide rank numbers for waiting list statuses.

As of February 1, 2025, applicants will receive bi-annual notices providing their position on waiting list(s). The online applicant portal will be only available to check active application status on a waiting list, not position. Applicants will receive notification on how to register for the new applicant portal when it becomes available.
