Wormser Congregate

Wormser Residence is a congregate care, senior living community in a single two-story building with 41 one bedroom apartments consisting of kitchen, living/dining area and private bathroom. Congregate living provides one main meal per day, light housekeeping once per week, a 24-hour attended desk and an array of residential activities. Needs-based eligibility requirements apply.
