On February 19, 2025, the Year 25 draft Agency Plan of the Housing Authority of the City of Stamford (HACS), as required under Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act (QHWRA) of 1998 and described per regulation at 24 CFR 903, will be released for a forty-five (45) day public review and comment period.
The Agency Plan is scheduled to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on, or before, April 17, 2025.
On April 9, 2025, at 6:00 pm, a Public Hearing will be in the Community Room of Post House, located at 40 Clinton Ave., Stamford, Connecticut. This location is fully accessible.
