In proud partnership with Charter Oak Communities, Glenluxe Apartments is reopening their below market rate (BMR) 1-Bedroom waitlist!
The open enrollment period for both lists will begin on Thursday, June 25, 2026, 8:00am. The Glenluxe Apartments’ waitlist will close upon receipt of 50 eligible applications. Applications will be ranked based on the time and date the completed application was submitted.
Interested applicants must apply online at www.charteroakcommunities.org/resident-living/how-to-apply/. Applicants will be required to upload supporting documents to verify eligibility.
Only one waitlist application per family will be accepted; duplicate pre-applications will be disqualified.
Section 8 and RAP voucher holders are welcome.
