The open enrollment period will begin on Friday, May 22, 2026, 8:00am, and will close upon receipt of 50 eligible applications. Applications will be ranked on a “first-come, first-served” basis, with all verified preferences applied.
Interested applicants must apply online at www.charteroakcommunities.org/resident-living/how-to-apply/. Applicants will be required to upload supporting documents to verify eligibility.
Only one waitlist application per family will be accepted; duplicate pre-applications will be disqualified.
Section 8 and RAP voucher holders are welcome.
