Concrete Walkway Replacement

Water Infiltration Repair

Emailed Bids will be received for the repair of the concrete walkway located between the existing mixed-use building and upper level of the two-level parking deck.

Work required pursuant to this contract includes the following:

Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals necessary for the complete restoration of the existing walkway, the adjacent precast concrete building wall, door saddles, aluminum storefronts, and southern edge of the upper-level parking deck at Park 215.

Bids are to be emailed to Jonathan Gottlieb, Vice President, Southern Connecticut Community Improvement Corporation (SCCIC) at jgottlieb@rippowamcorp.org and Michele Tarulli mtarulli@rippowamcorp.org. Bids are to be received no later than 2pm on Monday, August 25, 2025.

The Contractor shall be required to submit with the Bid a Schedule of Values on AIA Document G703. The Schedule of Values shall include all individual line items required by the individual specification sections and the Contract Documents.

A mandatory pre-bid walk through will be held on site Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 11am.

All bid proposals must be submitted on the designated forms. SCCIC reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid and reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All bids must be completely filled out when submitted.

SCCIC reserves the right to reject the low bid, or the unit prices when deemed in the best interest of the Owner, and to negotiate with the lowest qualified bidder.
