Portals
COC is excited to introduce our self-service portals providing applicants, residents, and landlords a secure and convenient tool to connect with COC at any time. Powered by Rent Café, the portals will provide lots of exciting and user-friendly features that will streamline communications and enhance services.
To register for the portal, you will need a one-time code. If you haven’t received your registration code, please fill out our Registration Code Request Form, or contact your COC Property Manager or Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Specialist.

Self-Service Portals
Residents
Residents may submit rental payments, recertification documents, maintenance requests, and update contact information.
Voucher holders may search for available units here.
If you are a COC resident and receive a rental subsidy or a voucher holder, please select the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) option below.
Applicants
Applicants may apply for waiting lists, view their application status, and manage their contact information.
Registering for an account as an applicant does not automatically apply applicants for COC housing or services. After you log in to the portal, please follow additional instructions to view available waiting lists and submit your application.
Landlords
Landlords may view payment, inspection and caseworker details and update their contact information.
Landlords may also list their units to voucher holders here.
