Charter Oak Communities (COC) has opened a public comment period for amendments to the Resident Charge Lists for Fairgate, Glenbrook Manor & Rippowam Manor.
The comment period will close on September 21, 2026. The proposed amendments will be available on our website at www.charteroakcommunities.org or may be reviewed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm) at 22 Clinton Avenue, 1st Floor, Stamford, CT 06901.
The public is invited to provide verbal and/or written comments. Only comments pertaining to this proposal are being solicited.
