The Housing Authority of the City of Stamford d/b/a Charter Oak Communities (“COC”) is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and install Area of Rescue Stations and Blue Light Wall Mount Area of Rescue Stations, at Stamford Manor at 26 Main Street, Stamford, CT 06901. The property has experienced an increase in crime and drug activity, putting residents’ safety at risk. This system will be used as an additional resource to deter this activity and provide a safe environment for the residents at Stamford Manor. The selected company will provide all the services that are outlined within the RFP.
COC has successfully obtained a federal funded grant from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) totaling $250,000. The prospective vendor shall bid on the scope of work and services to not exceed the HUD Grant award amount.
By this announcement, COC is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Safety and Security System, as described in the Request for Proposals (“RFP”). Proposals are to be received no later than 2:00 p.m. Est on Monday, July 28, 2025.
