Affordable Management Services
Charter Oak Communities is pleased to provide Affordable Housing Management services for Below Market Rate (BMR) units, which are a part of the City of Stamford’s median income affordability plan.
As an Affordable Housing Manager, COC is responsible for managing all aspects of the applicant selection process, provide wait list management services, and perform social integration meetings with approved applicants as part of a pre-orientation to the building. Additionally, COC will coordinate resident move-ins, conduct annual recertifications, and compile annual reporting data in compliance with the City of Stamford requirements.
In proud partnership with several local owners and developers, Charter Oak Communities offers Below Market Rate and Workforce Housing apartment homes to enhance the social fabric of the Stamford and Norwalk communities. COC is currently providing services to several residential communities in the Fairfield County area.
