Doing Business with COC
It is the purpose of Procurement to acquire and obtain goods
and services required to operate a Public Housing Authority (PHA) Agency. Utilizing its funding sources of Federal and
State Grants, rental income, and other means, a PHA solicits services, and
administers the methods of acquisition of goods through the use of contracts
and contract administration. These
contracts set up the purchase of the needed goods and services, and thus allow
the fulfilling of the Agency needs of operation.
